Chia pudding promises just that. It sounds healthy… and it is. Chia seeds are full of nutrients, antioxidants and

protein. With endless benefits, including possible weight loss, it’s about time that this superfood makes its

way into an elevated pudding to enjoy at any time of the day.

brio! is the perfect addition to transform a traditional chia pudding into something entirely different. Who says

you can’t have dessert for breakfast if there’s coffee in it? Follow this recipe to find out just how easy it is to

make this guilt-free brio! Mocha Chia Pudding.



  • ½ cup of brio! cold brew coffee

  • ¾ cup of almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • ⅓ cup of chia seeds

  • 2  tablespoons of coconut sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of cacao powder

Optional Toppings:

  • Whipped cream

  • Raspberries

  • Dark chocolate chips

  • Toasted coconut flakes

  • Mint Leaves


  • Measuring cups

  • Measuring spoons

  • Medium bowl

  • Refrigerator


  1. Combine brio!, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Stir.

  2. Add chia seeds, coconut sugar, and cacao powder to the liquid mix. Stir until all of the

    ingredients are combined and a smooth consistency.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  4. Remove from refrigerator, portion, and top with toppings of your choice. We love to enjoy it

    topped with homemade whipped cream, raspberries, dark chocolate chips, toasted coconut

    flakes, and a couple mint leaves for garnish.
